2016-17 Bus Stop Change Request

Please complete this form if you would like to request a change to your child's bus stop for the 2016-17 school year.

Requests may not be able to be approved until after the first three weeks of school, depending on ridership on the route and whether you are requesting a new or current stop. You will be informed via email and/or phone call when your request is approved or denied.

Do not complete this form if you need transportation to a secondary household or child care. Please complete the appropriate form found on the Busing and Transportation page of the District website.

If you have moved and need your new busing information, please check the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, or contact your child's school. Please do not complete this form. Your address will need to be updated in the Parent Portal before busing can begin.
