Parent Portal Information

 

What is Infinite Campus?

Infinite Campus is a district-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, test scores, and other information about our students.

 

What is the “Parent Portal”?

The Infinite Campus “Parent Portal” is a confidential and secure website where parents/guardians can access school related information about their children in real-time.  Information available via the “Parent Portal” includes:

  • Family demographic information

  • Calendars:  Attendance events and assignments due

  • Schedules:  Class schedules, current assignments and scores

  • Communication via email to individual teachers

  • Attendance and tardies

  • Immunization information

  • Grades:  Quarter, semester and individual assignment grades

  • School Announcements from individual school offices and teachers

 

Do I need email to use the “Parent Portal”?

Yes.  All communication is sent through email (account activation, contacting teachers, requesting account assistance, etc.)

 

How do I create a “Parent Portal” account?

Complete this online application form located on the Sun Prairie Area School District website:

http://www.sunprairie.k12.wi.us/district/Portalapp.cfm

Once the completed application has been received you will be informed via email instructions along with an activation code.

 

How do I access the free “Parent Portal” Mobile App?

To download the mobile app, the following is required:

  • You must have a supported iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, 5.0 and higher) or Android device (2.2 and higher).

  • You must have an active Campus Portal account.

Note:  Not all Parent Portal features are available on the mobile app.  App features:  daily planner, assignments, attendance, grades, schedules and settings.

Whom do I contact if I have questions about the information located in the Parent Portal?

If your concern relates to your child’s attendance, grades, etc. please start your inquiry with your child’s teachers or school.  

If your question, comment, or suggestion is in regards to the Parent Portal system, please send an email to:  mjmades@sunprairieschools.org with your full name, your student’s name, and the description of your comment or suggestion.
