SP4K General Information:
SP4K is a voluntary early learning program available to all four year-olds in Sun Prairie.
The SP4K program is guided by curriculum and early learning standards and provides a play-based environment that supports student growth in a variety of age-appropriate, developmental skill areas. In addition, 4K students practice routines and learning behaviors that will support transition to kindergarten.
Both morning and afternoon classes are held at the following community partner child care sites/preschools, five days a week, for approximately 2.5 hours per day:
Bright Horizons Gingerbread House
Head Start – Reach Dane La Petite Academy
Play Haven Northeast YMCA
Rock-A-Bye Sacred Hearts School
Sun Prairie Nursery School Teddy’s Place
There is no cost to families. If parents need transportation, the district will select the 4K site and time of day.
Registration is open to all children who live in the Sun Prairie Area School District and who will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2016 are qualified to attend 4K for 2016-17.
A child's birthday should be on or before September 1, 2012 to enroll. There is no early entrance to SP4K. Children do not need to be present for the parent/guardian to register them.

2016-17 4K Students:
Please contact our office at 834-6672 or at email@example.com tto complete additional enrollment forms and to provide us with a copy of your child's birth certificate. Also, proof of residency (current utility bill, lease or offer to purchase) and immunization records if not upload them in Part I.
2017-18 4K Students:
We are currently enrolling for 4K 2017-18! Please complete Part I and then contact our office at 834-6672 or firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the additional 4K paperwork.
