According to WI law, email addresses submitted as "Parent" and "Student" are not released when requested under the Wisconsin Public Records Law.  Email addresses submitted as "Community Member" may be released.  Work e-mail addresses of school district employees are subject to release under the Wisconsin Public Records Law, but home e-mail addresses are not. 
All Key Communicators (parents, students, community members) will receive the same information simultaneously.
