SP4K programs will begin on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.

SP4K Registration for 2010-2011 School Year
Registration for SP4K for the 2010-2011 school year is currently taking place.  You may register your chld at the School District Office, 501 S. Bird Street.  A child's birthday should be on or before September 1, 2006 to enroll. Children do not need  to be present for the parent to register them.

To enroll your child, please bring:
1. Proof of residence - Current gas, electric, cable or telephone bill (not a cell phone bill )
2. General Information about Sun Prairie 4 Kids  (SP4K)

Eligibilty

Children are eligible to enroll in SP4K if they are four-years old before September 1st. There is no early entrance to SP4K. Children who meet the age eligibility for five-year-old kindergarten are encouraged to enroll in that program with typically developing peers. However, the individual needs of children will be considered and a determination will be made on a case-by-case basis regarding placement of a five year old in 4K.

SP4K Daily Schedule

AM = 8:15 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.  (M-F)

PM =  11:55 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (M,T,W,F)
           11:55 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Thursday, early release day)
