SP4K Registration for 2012-13 School Year

We are currently enrolling students for the 2012-2013 school year.  To enroll your child you may go to the School District Office located at 501 S Bird Street or the SP4K Office at 509 Commercial Avenue.

A child's birthday should be on or before September 1, 2008 to enroll.  There is no early entrance to SP4K.  Children do not need to be present for the parent/guardian to register them.

To enroll your child, please bring:
1.  Proof of residence - current gas, electric, cable or telephone bill (not a cell phone bill)
2.  Birth certificate or passport (must be an original, not photo copy)
3.  Current immunization record

SP4K is a one-year program and students are expected to enroll in 5K the following year.

General Information about Sun Prairie 4 Kids  (SP4K)

Eligibilty
Children are eligible to enroll in SP4K if they are four-years old before September 1st. There is no early entrance to SP4K. Children who meet the age eligibility for five-year-old kindergarten are encouraged to enroll in that program with typically developing peers. However, the individual needs of children will be considered and a determination will be made on a case-by-case basis regarding placement of a five year old in 4K.

SP4K Daily Schedule
AM = 8:15 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.  (M-F)

PM =  11:55 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (M, T, W, F)
           11:55 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Thursday, early release day)
