The Schools of Hope Project is a tutoring program that aims to provide additional academic support in literacy and math to struggling students in an effort to increase the academic performance of students of color and those from low-income families. Volunteers are trained and then matched with students who need this additional help. It is a partnership between Sun Prairie Area School District, United Way of Dane County, Centro Hispano and the Urban League of Greater Madison.
