ROSCO stands for Royal Oaks School Community Organization. Our parent group meets once a month and works with the school to enhance students' educational opportunities. Any parent or guardian of a child attending Royal Oaks Elementary can join. ROSCO's mission is to establish a close relationship between home and school by advancing opportunities for all parents to become involved in the Royal Oaks School Community and promoting school pride and success. It is our belief that the team effort of teachers and staff along with a solid parent organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
