Information for Parents

The following information pertains to different programs and initiatives that affect our Westside parents.

  • Parents make sure to check in with your child's teacher on a regular basis, connectedness is a key to your child's success!

  • If you have a need to speak with your child's teacher, please contact the teacher before coming to school.  If it is an urgent issue, please contact the main office at 834-7503 and we will have the teacher contact you as soon as possible.  Unscheduled visits to classrooms make it difficult on students, teachers and staff.  When checking in the building, please let the Welcome Center know of "all rooms" that you will be visiting.  Please do not go to additional rooms that have not been cleared for a visit by the teachers.  Thank you for your cooperation!

  • If your contact information changes throughout the school year, please let the main office know so we have your current information.  It is imperative that school personnel are able to contact you regarding your child.
