Welcome to OPTS -- Westside's Organization of Parents, Teachers, and Students. 

"We are dedicated to supporting the education of children at Westside Elementary by fostering relationships between the school, parents, and teachers.  OPTS sponsors several events throughout the year including Meet Me at the Playground, teacher grants and appreciation luncheons, a fifth grade recognition dinner, two Family Fun Nights, and an end of the year picnic.  OPTS also contributes towards transportation for each grade level's field trips.  For more information on these and other events, please see the OPTS calendar, which contain a description of various events - chairs are still needed for several activities and if you wish to volunteer please contact us!
